Ashtanga Yoga is a set sequence where each pose builds on the next to increase strength, flexibility and inner peace. When performed on a regular basis a student can expect to increase strength and flexibility quickly and ecause Ashtanga connects the movement with the breath it has often been referred to as a moving meditation bringing inner peace and connecting the mind with the body for a complete practice.
Yin yoga will be non heated. Few postures are taken for the practice and the postures are held for long time typically each posture is held for 2-3 minutes.
